1-Harrison, my adorable two-and-a-half-year-old son, wears prescription glasses.

2- I’m an only child and both of my parents moved here from Long Island when I decided to officially relocate after college.

3- I opened my first The Hot Yoga Spot on the corner of Western Ave. and Fuller Road in 2010 when I was 23 years old. Thanks to so many amazing, supportive yogis, we relocated just a few months later to Stuyvesant Plaza to create more space for more mats.
